Welcome to the first-of-its-kind postnatal fitness program to help your body regain strength & heal after pregnancy. As a postnatal fitness specialist, Sucheta Pal has created Mom.Bod.Strong, an online self-paced program for women to feel empowered with their changed ‘Mom Bods,’ and safely return to exercise post-delivery. The program is curated to restore strength and function to a woman's body post child birth through specialized core & pelvic floor rehabilitation movements, the game-changing connection breath technique to heal diastasis recti/ab separation, and a comprehensive post-pregnancy nutrition and lifestyle guide.

Ambassador, Zumba®️ India,  Certified pre-postnatal specialist & mom

Although it was not easy to give up a high-flying corporate job as an engineer in 2008 & step into the world of fitness and dance it was so worth it. It took me on this journey to become India's first official Ambassador & Master Trainer for the most loved fitness-lifestyle brand Zumba®, an international presenter with the opportunity to train thousands across 17 countries and now on a parallel journey of my passion project Mom.Bod.Strong India's first-of-its-kind postpartum fitness program for women. As a certified pre & postnatal specialist, I am passionate about empowering women through fitness post-pregnancy with my program Mom.Bod.Strong.

My love story with the corporate life didn't end either. It's always a joy to teach corporate Zumba® sessions or conduct women wellness talks whether it's for Google India, Microsoft, E&Y, or Nykaa.
Over these 14+ years in the fitness and wellness industry, I have also had the opportunity to work with the likes of Gauri Khan, Bipasha Basu, Yami Gautam, Alesia Raut, Ranveer Brar, Pallavi Sharda and it has been an honor to contribute to conversations around women wellness on networks like Zoom, NDTV Good Times, Channel [V] and TLC and media of the likes of Elle, Grazia, Nykaa, The Hindu, The Time of India.

A humbling moment of my life was to receive the President’s Award - “First Lady” for Women Wellness in India back in 2018 along with the likes of Aishwarya Rai, Dipa Karmakar, and Bachendri Pal and then the decision to quit that corporate life back in 2008 suddenly all made sense.
