Sucheta Pal is a women's health coach (Pre-Postnatal), a Zumba® celebrity trainer and the Founder of the Mom.Bod.Strong program.

 

Known for her infectious energy, Sucheta Pal is the perfect example of living your dreams with pure grit and passion via ‘alternate careers’ despite all odds. 

 

She gave up her high-flying corporate job as an engineer in 2008 to pursue her passion for dance & fitness and is known for helping make Zumba® a household name in India. She has also been a celebrity coach for the likes of Gauri Khan, Pallavi Sharda, and Bipasha Basu.

 

Now after a global career in dance & fitness for 15 years and across 15+ countries, Sucheta Pal, a mom and a certified pre-postnatal specialist, today is passionate about helping women stay fit in all stages of motherhood. She is the creator of India's first-of-its-kind science-backed Fitness program called Mom.Bod.Strong. One of the few pre-postnatal fitness programs in the country is recommended by doctors too.

 

In addition, she is a motivational speaker and women's wellness influencer felicitated with the prestigious ‘First Lady’ title for her outstanding contribution to women's wellness by the Honl' President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan in 2018.

 

Her inspirational story on fighting anxiety and depression to carve her own successful path in wellness has been featured across the nation from TEDx to JoshTalks.
