Sucheta Pal is an engineer-turned-women’s wellness specialist, a nationally recognized maternal fitness educator, and the founder of Mom.Bod.Strong — India’s first doctor-approved postpartum fitness program.

With over a decade of experience in the global wellness industry, Sucheta previously led Zumba® for India and South Asia, building a thriving 15,000+ member fitness community. Her own postpartum journey inspired her to focus deeply on maternal health, leading to the development of clinically grounded, movement-based recovery programs that empower mothers to heal and thrive.

Mom.Bod.Strong is India’s leading doctor-recommended, science-backed pre-postpartum fitness program designed by maternal fitness educator Sucheta Pal to help women heal, strengthen and reclaim their bodies after childbirth the right way.
