Celebrity coach Sucheta Pal is a President's Awardee known for pioneering the Zumba® fitness program in India. Over the last decade, Sucheta has enjoyed coaching the likes of Gauri Khan, Yami Gautam, Bipasha Basu, Pallavi Sharda, Surbhi Chandna and has been a TV Fitness Expert on Zoom TV, History TV 18,  NDTV Good Times, Channel V and TLC. Her inspiring journey of being an anxiety warrior and then taking the road less travelled from being an engineer to a global fitness presenter across 20 countries is also featured on TEDx and JOSH Talks. 

 

Sucheta has now taken this decade-long experience in the fitness industry & education in pre-postnatal health to spread awareness on active motherhood in India. She is the Founder of one of India's top doctor's recommended pre-postnatal programs called Mom.Bod.Strong with a mission to support women in motherhood to feel better, look better and live better by helping them move better. It's a comprehensive 6-week workout guide created by celebrity fitness trainer Sucheta Pal wherein she has incorporated 100+ core and pelvic floor exercises which are science-based and result-oriented.
