For over a decade Sucheta Pal has been committed to helping women in their fitness journey's through her fun-filled and energetic Zumba® sessions. She has coached thousands of women through her classes which have changed lives (and bodies). And now she brings the same exhilarating experience via her online classes in partnership with Dr. Abhijit, a strength & conditioning coach for women.
Join the classes now to avail 10 exclusive fitness sessions each month and the opportunity to be part of Sucheta Pal's #WomenWhoHustle whatsapp group to get one-on-one access to Sucheta Pal and Dr. Abhijit.
All classes will be conducted LIVE via ZOOM by the coaches themselves.
What does the monthly class include?
10 classes per month as follows:
Every Tuesday 7pm Zumba® with Sucheta Pal
Every Thursday 7pm Strength and Conditioning classes for women with Dr.Abhijit
Every alternate Saturdays 10am mobility and stretching with Dr.Abhijit
In addition,
Bonus class with Sucheta Pal on core strength training.
Monthly holistic health group challenges to keep you inspired and motivated
How long are the classes?
Each session is of 45 mins followed by 15 mins Q & A session.
Enrollments are now ongoing.
Please note that we have limited spots.

All payments made are final and there will be no refunds or extension on missing class. We encourage you to be consistent to see real change.
