The mainstream fitness has at last realised that the approach to women's fitness has to be beyond just lifting wieghts or running on the treadmill. More & more gyms and online classes have started to focus on mindset & mood before physique or size. This century has added the pressure on us women of having to step up in every aspect of our lifes, the last thing we wish to feel in a gym is yet another place to compete or feel " less than". And lets face it. Whether it puberty, pregnancy, postpartum or menopause our body is constantly changing. We simply cannot apply one plan fits all when it comes to women.
